What products and or ingredients are used for Life Junkie candles?

We use premium soy, premium fragrance and or essential oils that are sourced locally and as sustainable as possible.  Our products are cruelty and phthalate free and never tested on animals.

Do we use synthetic fragrances?

Life Junkie uses a combination of premium blend man-made and natural fragrances as well as essential oils for our products.  This allows us to be able to create some unique, fresh and often complex scents that are often more sustainable and allow us to keep products at a reasonable price point. We are working on an all-natural product line and will keep you posted closer to launch date.

Can the jars / glasses be recycled or reused?

Yes, we encourage the recycling and reuse our glassware to help do our part for mother earth.  Our Upcycled line of products reuses glassware and gives it new life.

We encourage our clients to check the bottom of their candle to see if there is a number written on the bottom, noting the number of times that container has come through the Life Junkie workspace.

Do you offer samples?

Yes! We create all of our scents in a frosted 2oz glass for you to test. We will send a sample with any order over $75. We also create travel size metal containers.

Can I customize a candle or order?

Can I join the candle a month club?

Yes, we would love to have you! You can sign up for a 6 or 12 month subscription.  When you sign up for a 6 and 12 month subscription, you will receive a very special gift.


Orders

Can I send Life Junkie products as a gift?

Yes!  We love the thought of surprising others with special gifts of love! You can customize your candle and send it, or send one that is already made and ready to go.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order within 48 hours of making it and as long as it has not already gone out to be shipped.  

Do you offer wholesale or bulk order price reduction?

You bet we do!  Check out our stockist page and submit a request.

How long until I get my order and can I get a rush delivery?

We ship orders once a week and you can select your shipping time frame. We ship using Fed Ex. We can expedite shipping as well as can arrange pickup in Calgary.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to exchange your (unused) product for something else within 30 days of purchase.

We want to be sure you are happy with you product and we are here to help.

Canadian Customers

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product(s) that you have purchased, please email us at info@lifejunkie.ca and we will will be happy to help you out!
Please send all concerns with your invoice / order number & please detail what the concerns are and we will get back to you within 48hours.

All Sales are final, however, we are willing to exchange unused products within the noted time frame.  Email with the following information:

Invoice / Order number
Your name & address
Any additional information, such as a request for replacement product.

Upon receipt of your email we will provide further instructions to complete your return or replacement as quickly as possible.

RefundS

Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. As we are a small business, refunds will cover the cost of the product but not the shipping fees (that means you will need to cover shipping costs). We are also happy to provide a product credit rather than a refund, because you can never have too much Life Junkie stuff with good juju!
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

As we are a small business, working to share reduced prices with you, we are unable to cover the costs of returns at this time.  We will cover the shipping costs of replacement items and will provide you a special “thank you for your patience” gift.
